Yogurt Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup yogurt
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
2 tbsp melted butter

Directions:

Combine all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda) together in a mixing bowl.
Add the yogurt, buttermilk, milk and egg with the dry ingredients.
Mix all the ingredients together and add the melted butter.
Mix again. The batter should appear lumpy.
Lightly butter a frying pan, on low medium heat, and pour in a 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan.
Cook each side of the pancake until it is golden brown.
