Ham and Egg Biscuit
4 frozen biscuits
2 tsp butter
4 slices American cheese
4 slices ham
First, prepare the biscuits following the rules on the packaging.
While the biscuits are in the oven, heat the butter in a large skillet.
Fry the eggs until the whites are completely cooked and the yolk is starting to thicken.
Remove the biscuits from the oven and cut each of them into halves.
Layer each biscuit with cheese, ham and an egg.
Place the top of each biscuit back on and into the microwave for 30 seconds or until the cheese is melted.
