1/2 cup canola oil
1 cup almond milk
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup gluten-free flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Pour the canola oil into a casserole dish and place it into the oven. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees with the casserole dish.
Mix the eggs, almond milk and vanilla together. In a different bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and salt.
Combine the two bowls of ingredients and stir until it is smooth.
Pour the batter into the casserole dish once the oven is preheated.
Place the casserole dish with the batter back into the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Cut the pancakes into squares and it is ready to serve!
