1/2 cup low fat milk
1 cup baby spinach leaves
4 tbsp butter
1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
Whisk the eggs and milk together.
Add the spinach to the eggs.
Add butter to a frying pan over medium heat.
When the butter is melted, pour the egg mixture in.
Stir the eggs until they begin to set.
Sprinkle the goat cheese on top of the eggs and allow it to melt.
