Makes 12-24 burgers.
12 dinner rolls
500gms minced beef
2 carrots (grated)
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp olive oil
Mix the mince with the chopped onion and grated carrots into a bowl.
Add the tomato sauce and worcestershire sauce and mix.
Take a couple spoons of the mixture and shape them into patties. It's suggested to keep the patties thin so they cook quickly and thoroughly.
Heat some oil in a frying pan in medium heat and fry the hamburgers for about 4 minutes on each side or until they are thoroughly cooked.
Place the patties in the rolls and add cheese, tomatoes and lettuce.
Finish with the desired sauces.
