Homemade Mac & Cheese

Serves 4


1/2 lb pasta
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup whole milk
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp grounded black pepper


Boil a pot of water to cook the pasta. Cook the pasta for 8 to 10 minutes and drain.
Mix the pasta, cheddar cheese, milk, salt and pepper into a microwave safe bowl.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and microwave for 3 minutes. Stir the pasta and microwave for another 2 minutes.
Stir the pasta until it is creamy and smooth.
Now it's ready to serve!
