9 cups Chex
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Start off by microwaving the chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter for 1 minute and stir.
Microwave the mixture for 30 more seconds after stirring until it is smooth.
Add the vanilla.
Pour the Chex into a large bowl and stir in the mixture.
Pour the Chex into a resealable plastic bag and add powdered sugar.
Seal the bag and shake until the Chex is covered with powdered sugar.
Pour the Chex onto a piece of wax paper to allow it to cool.
