Baked Chicken Fingers


2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
12 oz tortilla chips


First cut the boneless chicken breast halves into strips.
Next, beat the eggs and crush the tortilla chips.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
While the oven is preheating, pour the eggs and milk into a bowl and mix.
Place the crushed tortilla chips into a separate dish or bowl.
Dip the chicken strips into the egg mixture first and then into the crushed chips.
Place the chicken strips onto a baking sheet and into the oven for 10 minutes.
Flip the strips over and bake for another 10 minutes.
